    Im not into manga that much since I dont like reading. Still I want to have anime on japanese audio and english subs and thus making me read. Oh the irony... Also, I see what you did to the FaN there...

    Ah. I removed it by decompiling the model and deleting the polygons for the hat. Your method looks a lot easier but I kinda need to muck with the model since I'm adding in a slew of new animations. Thanks anyway though. Will experiment a bit more.

    Actually, I didn't even touch the model. I found this nifty VMT transparency trick here: http://www.fpsbanana.com/tuts/3105 All you do is edit the alpha channel of the texture. No fiddling with models at all! P.S I could just give you the already edited skin without the hat if you want.
