Try to pick criteria that are applicable to your submission. Model and Animation are 0's as a result since maps are not models or animated.
Just keep the criteria simple, more doesn't mean better.
The level has a nice amount of contrast between the Dev Textures used - ground could still use some variation perhaps. The design to the outerwalls isn't anything too new but nice to see all the same rather than a basic flat surface. perhaps try using this style in other places as well?
Oh, and with Dev textured maps you need to take a real amount of care with their alignment and application.
Railing needs to be aligned to top there.
Also, this door is somewhat useless since you have to hit it just right and be crouching to enter it. Why not just remove it and extend the ladders down then watch people getting stuck trying to get in/out of that area.
I do like how the curved stairs provide some interesting cover, but the sides of the level seem neglected - also that thin area around the back of each spawn is a bit odd as well, remove it or make it wider perhaps to stop blocking.
And use a Non-Default Skybox lol. There are even plenty of custom ones that would fit with the Dev Textures if you wanted to have them match.
