Thank you, and i got the feeling that the underground section was a little square also. Ill try throwing in some displacements on the walls to make them a lil less square.
Thanks for taking the time to look at the map and tell me exactly what you thought was wrong. now i have something to do and am not bored out my mind waiting for feedback like yours. =]

Ah nice, you finished it. And you've done a good job too, though I feel there's the odd thing here or there that needs improvement.
As you can see in the second screenshot, the chandelier is casting a shadow onto the ceiling - tweak the lighting options to fix this, I think Lost has a decent tutorial on prop shadows here
I noticed as well there were a few decals being projected onto the wrong faces, causing an odd look here or there, especially around your displacements. I'd also recommend that your stairs actually use a stairs texture to look more... stairy.
I like the underground section, but it feels a bit square at this stage. This could maybe receive some attention for your next version to become a bit more realistic - you have certainly proved you can use displacements well on other parts of the map, it's a shame to not exercise those skills here as well.
Those are the only things that caught my eye, which are all fairly minor. Tweak these just to fix up the map, and maybe add a spawn camera (like this
) and I think you'll have a pretty awesome gungame map. Be sure to include a nav file in your next version too.
