This map is the most fun melee map I have ever found. I was severely disappointed when I learned Valve's April '08 causes crashes, tho that was NOT the problem. Under one of the lower cps I found a bad clip brush (somehow this brush was causing a memory leak due to bad line of sight). I also removed the water below Point C, it cut 2+ hours off of compile. Currently the map has Clan DDR logos instead of Reliable Excavation & Demolition, and Builders League United Logos. I do plan on making a non-clan version (normal RED/BLU logos, and any other BS that i missed, cough! ShadowControl Entity), but at between 6-10 hours for Full HDR Compile(final), probably end of March/early April '09. And, Yes this is the first map I have worked on in/ with Hammer. Just moved on up from Ued2k3. Included in the Zip: cp_meleebarn_ddr2.bsp for your server cp_meleebarn_ddr2.bsp.bz2 for your fast download Side note: The first 5 pictures were taken in GMOD, and the last picture shows how there is now Shadowcontrol entity. the The screenshots look like shit, the reason: my video card is NVIDIA 6200AGP 256MB, sadly the newest card that will run with my current motherboard voltage. I'll get someone with a NVIDIA 8800/9800 or DX10 to take some pics.

    As a heads-up, apparently the code that strips weapons doesn't always work anymore, and players can run around with their normal weapon load-out.


    Sorry, I thought I put in description, that you must use server commands (beetles mod/ source mod) to enter melee mode.
    Thank you for the feedback, I will add that info to the description.
    Edit: Apparently FPSBanana is being douched and won't let me edit my description.

Notes
The programs I used are a trade secret, lol. If you know the Trade then you probably know the secret. The inspiration to fix this map is obvious, it's a sick-ass map, that works again. NOTE: this is technically a Final Version, but being the first map I worked on, I have downgraded it to BETA until I add a shadow controller and regular logos/ whatever you guys tell me is wrong.
