I really like the light and dark theme of this map. I think you did a good job of contrasting the light and dark areas. It turned out very good. I like how you took the time to add props and detail to the map. They add a lot to it, and help complete the overall look. The map wouldn't be complete without them. The frame rate is great and it won't go down if a lot of players start playing. Overall, you did a good job.
First off, you don't have any light sources for the lights in the middle part of the map. I think it is very important to have lights from sources when it is in a closed environment like this. I think it looks weird when you see the light on the wall, but not know where it is coming from. That was my biggest complaint about the map.
I don't like the over use of the dark brick texture. I think it is nice on the perimeter of the map, but you should consider using a different texture for the middle of it. Just to give the map a variety of textures.
There is a glitch with the stairs in one part of the map. It looks like there is a leak from the inside of the map to the outside. What you should do is take the stairs and tie them to a func_detail entity. Just select all of them and hit ctrl + T. I think it should solve that problem. Here is a screenshot:
Lastly, there are 5 terrorists spawn points that have become invalid. This means that terrorists won't be able to spawn them and the teams will be stacked. Make sure when you make spawn points, that they aren't touching anything, even other spawn points, otherwise they will become invalid!
Add light sources to the lights in the middle of the map.
Add more textures to the middle of the map.
Fix the big with the stairs.
Fix the invalid spawn points
