Pros: Hey tipsy, you have some good ideas going on here. I like how parts of the map come up at a time, that adds a bit to the gameplay. It's good to see that you didn't use fullbright, but the HDR is not needed. Unfortunately, there are quite a few cons, see below.
Where to start. The overall design of the map, like how you made it in hammer, is very bad. It goes down way too much, and players can get under the map (even though they die). What you should do is make the moving platforms thicker so when they move up, they don't expose the bottom part of the map. Also, make the map not as deep, it is completely unneeded.
The big floating box at the beginning is also unneeded. It doesn't contribute anything to the map and all it does is lag when it moves. I would consider removing this in a future version.
You have 6 invalid terrorist spawn points. Make sure when you make spawn points that they aren't touching anything, even other spawn points otherwise they will become invalid. I think also that 60 players is about 40 too many for a map this size. 10 on each side is enough.
The HDR doesn't add anything to the map. I would stick with LDR (regular lighting) right now because HDR is sometimes hard to fully get as a beginning mapper.
You don't have any env_cubemaps. That is the reason why all the weapons are all shiny and why some have weird shades of green. It is because you don't have cubemaps! Check out this tutorial for adding and building cubemaps.
The reason I rated you down for gameplay and fun is because of frame rate. It was about 30, and should be a lot higher for a map this size. It is caused by the HDR and the map going so far down.
Other than that there isn't that much else that I can find in this map.
Fix the big floating box
Change how far the map goes down
Fix the gap between moving sections
Decrease the spawn points
