You sure managed to get the italian feel in the map, but things that worries me is the way you stretch objects out.
An example of this is the window and the Cafe Baltic sign. Also, maybe a texture or two.
The grass texture "poles" that's running along the walls don't make much sense. These should be replaced with foliage / vines going from the wall. It could probably work if you changed the texture to a wood texture and made them trims instead.
As for the map layout and gameplay, there is a bit of a unbalanced layout so far, but I'm sure you'll be able to fix that quickly.
Some smaller physics props should be made debris, so that players don't collide with them.
The overall look is good, but those grassy poles ruins alot of it.
Design: Has been done very nicely, like zerberus said you got a unique style and its great
Detail: You've put alot of into the map but i believe this is one of the main problems,
For example, there is so many physics props and details in the middle area and when im getting shot and trying to run i usually get stuck, once i jumped and i flew all the way to the top balcony - because of an orange lol =D
Fun: I had alot of fun playing this with bots, mainly because there's also alot of vertical gameplay.
Gameplay: The map is unbalanced giving the T's an advantage
Looks: It looks very nice not much more i can say here =)
