Its a standard Aim style map, some okay brushwork on the side of the levels, developer textures fit the crates rather than being off-center etc. They layout is standard, cover on either side and an open middle ground between teams.
Lighting is nice and bright for the level, matches that of the skybox so no clashing there,
However, some texture application needs to be improved as you've got many misaligned textures on your crates, letterings backwards etc. This can be fixed in the texture application tool by selecting Face rather than world in the align checkbox options.
Try lowering the lightmap scale too so that shadows around your crates look more realistic as right now its just a darker blob around the middle of them but do not extend far enough around the object to look convincing resulting in some corners not even displaying a shadow since the current scale culled it farther in.
The skybox was left at default, please try to play with some other valve ones or download and use custom skyboxes available on this website, there is a wide variety and they work well in abstract aim maps like this one.
The weapons on the ground are okay but can be modified so that you can have more than a single clip in them. Tutorial on adding Ammo
Maybe even make it so that weapons respawn in those positions like dispensers almost, neat and simple effect that one sees in newer surf maps.
Look up some other effects as well and try them out in your levels, creates a much better environment,
lastly, invest in a basic soundscape :D
The map is a "perfect" remake from the original aim_map but with some personal touches like the textures and the skybox.
I know textures are not very well because i had lot and lot of problems with archs..cylinders...etc.
