About this map:
I am one of the oldiest nightfire player that are active. I noticed that p-jump is more and more important
to score in my favorite game.
Somtimes is the gameplay unfair, because some p-jumper's are unstoppable and one player can control the match alone.
The spirit of the teamplay-game is gone.
I searched for a way to make nightfire fair again and i found an other gameplay.
Some people knows BOMB and DEFUSE from counter-strike, the de.dust - map is one of the most played maps
in this game. Millions of gamer played this awesome stuff.
The question was, how can i make it possible for bond?
In the following weeks i have learned to create maps, my first work was ctf_egypt.
Some players knows this map.
Its nothing specially but its playable, looks nice and i wondered, why isnt this map played.
Only less times ppl joined servers with this map.
Im not sad about this, because all new maps are unvisited and unplayed also.
It seems that the bond-players needs the old stuff.
They play there and have only fun with some maps, ie. ctf_romania, ctf_casino, ctf_island,
and less deathmatch-maps.
Im bored about this and learned to use the mapping stuff to do the new awesome gametype. I created de.dust!
It needed 3 testing weeks, some tricks to map and some rule changes to the original bomb and defuse.
