I know V2 textures aren't good. I am still trying to find the right textures.
Please comment and tell me what needs to be improved, It will be greatly appreciated.
Wow thanks guys. I'm still getting used to the whole thing.
But i can guarantee you that there will be a version 3 and 4 ;).
I want to be able to background features such as sand dunes and maybe dust2 sky box texture(with the dust in the air).
Like the idea mentioned about sounds. I also plan to make a like a rain forest version.
Pros: Good design. Good lighting. Good texturing. I like the ladders. And those really steep stairs are pretty cool.
Cons: Some crates are placed so that one is overlapping with another.
Those side tunnels are a little dark. (and they should each probably get a env_cubemap.)
I would say there are almost too many windows. I can see some AWP whore just shooting through the entire map.
Improvements: Less windows.
Do something with the dark tunnels.
add detail (such as decals and more interesting props)
Notes: This is a well designed map. It can be a lot of fun, and has a lot of potential. Maybe for version 3 you could change from the Dust style to something that would stand out more...
