Light_environment: looks bad in an aim_map, where both side should look the same for fairness, not one base darker than the other..
buyzones: Ever saw an aim map with buyzone? It's not supposed to have buyzones
Unique, if you think bad is good. It's fullbright, put a light_environment in it and have it point at an angle. No buyzones? C'mon. Get the Trigger texture, make boxes around all the spawns, make them func_buyzones, and set them to teams. Also, if you're new to mapping, avoid textures entirely and go with the dev textures.
