An AG_TEXTURE style map, high detailed, yet high fps, enjoy.
I made this map by lyself, its my first map/submission, so please dont be to harsh :P
Time taken: about 4 days
This is just the beta, final release will be made after receiving some feedback.

and tpskjarhead, your right i haven't made any occluders/worried to much about optimizing as this is just the beta.
Im about to start a zm map so the finnal release fo this will be done in about 1 mounth or two (hopefully)
Pros: The buildings look amazing, they are all well made, and they fit in with the style. You have a great use of the textures available, and didn't use the "wall" or "hall" width dev textures that people usually use. The elevators are also a very nice touch to the map since they work so well.
Cons: The doors at the spawns seem kind of boring compared to the rest of the map.
The elevator buttons work on the same level, IE, the elevator buttons on the top work for both sides.
Some brushes are misaligned by about 1 unit, its somewhat noticeable due to shadows.
The spiral stair case is a tad bit too high, and requires the player to jump to have to get on it.
One or 2 of the areas was way too dark and could have used some more lighting.
There is random brushes in some places, like by the exit to the tunnels from the ball.
Some ladders are invisible (Don't know if that's intentional).
You can get trapped behind the towers.
Improvements: Fix pretty much what I said in the cons, also make there be a bit more cover, so its a tad more fun.
