This is my second map ever. I dedicate this map to the Destructive Minds group. I improved it a little bit with more crates and a little better lighting. I also added 2 bunkers on each side and 2 secret entrances/escapes, but you will have to find the yourself ;)

    I'll try and fix it a little bit. i agree that it needs more cover spots . but i dont have much experience with lights but i will give it a try. thx for telling me how to improve it :)

    Pros: The map has a good design, most of the brushing is very smooth and blends well with the rest of the map. The outer walls look good, and unique with the pipe running through them. I also found the lighting in the center of your map to be a pleasant surprise, it is a good idea that I haven't seen used much.

    Cons: You cant jump out of that little box area after you cross the bridge, your cornered, only way out is to jump on someone or die (if someone has you pinned). There is also little to no cover throughout the map, the only real form of cover I see is down in that very dark room. I also noticed that a lot of your lighting is poorly strewn about, now I'm no expert, but I think it looks better when you have some sort of light prop to go along with the light, so that you don't just see a blob on the ceiling or floor. I also think that it may be too dark in the bottom, by adding a light_spot down there, it could possibly make it even more fun because you can see the shadows of the enemy. Another thing I saw was weird was the cutting in the door frames at bottom, they have jagged edges which don't go well with the rest of the map at all.

    Improvements: maybe add another possible exit to the lower area that is black. Fix the lighting as stated in the cons, add some more cover to the map so people have stuff to hid behind.

    Notes: Very good map for a second try, just touch up those improvements that I stated, and release a V2, and we will see what its like :).
