    This map still needs alot of work. The textures you used are very basic and have little variety. Try to switch up the textures so it isn't so hard on the eyes. There are plenty of dev style textures to use, don't limit yourself to 4-5 throughout the entire map. Also the two barriers in the middle should have a different texture as well, the caution style doesn't look very good on a large scale.

    The brushwork is way too blocky. Maps like this should use a wide array of shapes and styles to go with the theme. The layout could use a bit of work as well, it is a simple layout without much gameplay value. On top of that, most of the map has little to no cover or details to add something to the map.

    And lastly, you need lighting. It's that simple. Maps, especially dev maps, look horrible without lighting and shadows. At least add a light_environment to the map so your skybox gives off light.

    I know its your first map. But if you keep at it, you will get a better understanding of these concepts. You usually are not supposed to release your first map, but try to practice and develop skills so you can avoid maps like this. I recommend some tutorials if you need help, there are alot out there for beginning mappers.
