This map is based around a health-as-cash system.
You can spend x amount of hp for a certain level
such as; 10 HP for section 2, 20 HP for section 3 so on and so forth.
To return to spawn costs no Health.
You gain 50 hp upon beating a level.
The map is on a 6 minute timer and if you don't beat it within the time given, you are sent to a knife arena.

Pros: Great map, the whole health system is amazing and innovating.
It's a challenging map and the ramps are very well constructed. After stage 3 it can get really hard (for me)
Cons: The only thing I don't get is the black screen in the beginning.

Good work Ryan, this is a very nice map, there isn't much wrong with it and i thoroughly enjoy playing on it. The looks could be slightly improved but it the map doesn't look bad. The first stage is a bit difficult to start the map i think and there a large number of people who get stuck there. The one other suggestion i would have would be to remove the knives as people will get it a knife the entire opposing team which removes the fun in rounds. But other than those it's a very good map. Good work and keep it up!
Very nice map, I have to disagree with the first level. I thought it was pretty easy and 90-95% of people not being able to beat it is an over statement. You should keep it there because if you can't beat 1, you can't beat 2.
I do have to comment on the looks, really this map is not that great looking in my opinion. I DO NOT MEAN THIS MAP LOOKS BAD. I DO think this could have looked better. some walls on the first section would have been nice, and i think zalos' section is straight up ugly, but the quality of the overall map makes up for it. i simply don't believe that this raises any bar that FAJ hasn't hauled up to somewhere near the moon. Sure, its a surf map with ambiance. If you don't at least TRY to do that in your maps, you have failed as a mapper. well done ryan; i know it sounds like im being harsh, but the overwhelming praise of your ambient_generics on a timer is kind of puzzling. Also, Stene IS wrong, but hes not a jerk. he didn't say anything absolutely unreasonable, he just saw wrong.
Edit: you know he made the first section easier, right roosta? I think it's fine where it is now. People loved commune, commune too, and platinum and i STILL see people who can't beat that first section.
Pros: FANTASTIC MAP. I LOVE IT. The ambiance, the surf, the jail system, it's all amazing.
Cons: You made a few poor decisions which brought it down from perfection. People like Dan/TP wouldn't pick up these, since anyone with a reasonable amount of skill won't be affected.
1. The spawn is too hard - 90-95% of people can't beat the first level, barring them from the condensed sex contained within the rest of the map.
2. The ability to pick up a knife - I know skilled surfers should have an advantage, but anyone who didn't think to get the knife is automatically at a disadvantage. Once dead, people will be out for several minutes at a time, making the map VERY boring.
3. The previous two errors combined - You can pick up a knife, fall to spawn, back up 2-3 steps, and hold right click. One round, I actually taped the button down, got food, came back, and watched as I won the round.
Improvements: Fix any of the above errors.
Notes: There aren't many people who can put "godly" or "leet" in their tags section without being haughty.
