Well, considering this is your third map, I would be expecting something a little 'more' from someone with some experience.
The texturing is poor, at best, it is the same, monotonous, no decals and it is the developer textures.
The lighting, while you used the light_environment entity well and actually changed the skybox, this is nothing compared to the randomly placed lights in the map, they have no light source, there is no prop or indication that light should be emitted from there. Lights have sources.
Detail wise, the map is as plain as white bread. No props, just random boxes, that amounts to nothing. Come on, this is your third map, there should be a lot more to it. You should really start to know how to produce maps with some level of detail in the form of props. Add a 3D skybox, use textures that are not the dev textures. Try to move away from a simple box with a few other random boxes strewn about in it.
Game play wise, it is fine, balanced, but not really that fun. it is to simplistic, with so little cover, it isn't that fun for me to play. Use some more cover and consider the layout of the map a little better next time.
All I can say to finish this off is that you look at what you have done and compare it to others. It is a sub-par piece of work and it really doesn't contribute to the site, spend much more time on your maps and start to try and give your maps a theme, place props, give lights sources. Learn more things from the extensive tutorials on FPSB to integrate into your maps and make them look much better.
