after a while aim_ak-colt gets boring because it is always the same, so I came up with the idea of making the for pilons breakable and here you go, a map that changes every round, no round is the same and there are a lot more tactics that you can use like storming and shooting through the pilon. If you like this map dont hesitate to put it on your server to give it a fresh kick,

Really spend more time on your maps please. This is incomplete. Many vital elements are still missing. Use the tut sections and forums for ideas/help and also the WIP section is another good way to get comments from users before a release.
Some things you can add:
Displacements - Use these on the ground to create proper terrain rather than perfectly flat surfaces
Interior lighting - don't rely on the ambient light to go everywhere in your map, the small hut like things are rather dark inside and gives an advantage to the T's as their skins are darker than CT's by default.
Skybox Texture - Choose anything other than default, its overused and bland looking, go for milita, tides, train or any of the default HL2 ones.
3D Skybox - Try this effect out a bit, you'll find it fun to play with and will make your map seem larger than it is without much effort required, even a simple desert mountainside all around would look nice compared to four flat walls.
Textures - You've used only a handful of the thousands available, give more thought to the creation of buildings and objects rather than slap a single texture over the entire thing, the crate texture fitted to the size of the building looks terribly wrong I'm afraid, try using some detail brushwork to create frames around doors, windows and so on.
These are just a few suggestions, but again, browse through the tutorial section to get help and ideas.
