There’s still much more graffiti tags left to add into this map, also still much more details left to be added,
some BSP portal errors needed to be fixed, and some more weapon tweaks to be done. This should all be done by
the final version. Until then, enjoy this playable beta in anticipation for the final.
Halo uses 3DSMax for mapping, so no. It's really hard to learn if you don't appeal to 3DSM. I'm waiting for the release of the Halo 2 Vista map editor that's being made. It's currently also using 3DSMax for mapping.
Looks pretty good for Halo CE, but it seems like it would lag a lot (common in most maps).
I never bothered to buy halo since my friends own it on xbox, i'd just play it over their house. Is Halo's map maker good/easy (compared to Hammer) and how many people or server r there up for this game? if someone knows PM me plz
It's for a special version of Halo. Halo: CE essentially lets you modify the game. In this case, Halo's been modified to look like Halo 2 and to share its gameplay mechanics.
I'm not surprised people make the mistake of thinking that they're looking at Halo 2.
