The first Portal chamber of a little series i'm going to create. All Puzzles work 100%.
The turret fight may be a little hard but it's possible! Don't give up!

Pros: This is a nice map, you've used some nice ideas for the chamber and the map itself is well-made.
Cons: The 'turret fight' seemed a little out of place, but wasn't terrible. Some ambient portal fight music while in the room would have been nice.
Improvements: The walls and floors seem a little plain at places, some extra decal work or breaking up large faces would have countered this, not a huge problem though.
Notes: A very nice little map, overall a very good job.
Well you have to copy/cut the files out of the folder and place them in your #:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\'username'\Portal\Portal\maps folder.
To play the map, run Portal, go to bonus maps and click on cpm_chamber1. If this does not work for some reason, open the developer-console and type “map cpm_chamber1” then hit Enter.
When you first enter the room you start walking towards the door and it closes (like a timed trigger). Well if you enter the room and put a portal next to the entrance and one by the exit you can walk through and get out the door before it closes.
I'm not sure (since I haven't tried), but I wonder if you can also get into that room without ever even hitting that trigger box.

Pros: Puzzles well thought out and easy to understand. Not too difficult. Looks very good. A good number of puzzles with a nice flow.
Other Comments: I'm not sure if it's intentional (or maybe the preferred way), but you can really bypass that big turret room without knocking down one turret.
All in all, great map!
