Title : SRC: The Slime Refinery Complex Date of release : 2007, June 23rd (map ready since 2006 December 12th, started refining by 2007 May 17th) Files : src.txt src.map src.lit Author : Email address : lambert_jph@yahoo.fr Homepage : http://lambert.jeanphilippe.free.fr Description : Single Player Level for Quake I designed for (2006 Xmas) Base Pack event (not yet released BTW.. :P ...). Please note Quoth Pack is needed (please refer to credits section) Other maps by author : "Hatchepsout: the Temple of Hell" (Q1SP) "Bunker" (Q1DM) "CMC: Cheyenne Mountain Complex" (Q1SP) "CDA: Castle of the Dark ages" (Q1SP) "Event: Event Horizon" (Q1SP) Single Player : Yes. Cooperative : No. Deathmatch : No. Difficulty Settings : Yes (easy / medium / hard / nightmare) Prefered Engine : FitzQuake0.80 Base : From scratch. Editor used : QuArK6.5.0-alpha2 Additional utils used : TxQBSP, RVIS and aguirRe's modified TYRLITE Textures : Doom3 converted texture set (I spent 2 months in order to convert all the textures), plus some I modified from initial Doom3 set, and one from Daikatana Episode 1 (an animated button) that I modified. Known Bugs : WinQuake limits migth be reached so prefer FitzQuake to play the map !! Otherwize, no known bugs as of today. Build Time : 8 months and a half + waiting delay for Quoth2 hypothetical release, before I've been pissed off pushing some people to deliver, and I decided to outcast myself of the Base pack + 2 months of refining using Quoth only... ·· T H E S T O R Y ·· Just back from a mission, you realize the base is full of Quake ennemies. Defeat all these bastards, use the central teleporter to escape the base, and return to Quoth Land starting point...
