Box textures, de_dust props, they just don't fit in this map. Displacement is too rough (there are places where it's hard to go up the grass again), the grass grows inside the water (weird), flying boxes, big blocks of wood are ladders (seriously? Make a wood ladder, not a block ladder), lightning need improvement, take off the nodraw (unnecessary), team-play is unbalanced, CT's have low protection... You need to work hard in this, but you will manage to make this a great map!
The map is nice, has some interesting architecture, but there are a lot of things that you could do to improve this.
The displacements seem a bit rough. Use the Smooth option in the displacement panel to smoothen them out. Some more alpha painting could also do wonders to this map. It looks really odd how the grass ends up going into the water like that.
There are some things in this map that just don't fit in well -- those crates look really out of place, the texture just doesn't go well with the map itself. And what's with the de_dust prop on the top of the walls? That doesn't fit well with the map theme.
The 3d skybox looks a bit plain. Add some trees or details to it so that it looks better.
And last but not least, you can't forget to add HDR, especially on this kind of map -- HDR would certainly make it look a lot better.
Good effort, but if you take my suggestions into consideration, your future maps should be better.
