To be a map made in a few hours it looks very solid and if it's a beta Is going to be even more great. I'm gonna play it and give it a testing.
Here are some observations: 1.I suggest to add decals to identify better where are the bombsites. I got a bit lost playing it at first and I'm sure other players also will get a bit lost as well. 2.The flooded area looks very nice, however is a bit empty. You could add some waterplants in there and it would look X10 better.
I'm sure that there must be some waterplants textures in the original .wad files of CS or HL. 3. I've noticed that the bombsite that is located outside has a big cylinder as target. I would suggest to change it by something else as a monument (that would go better for that ambient) or some crates (that's a cliché but it would look and work better as bombsite).
4.I also suggest to add some benches in the outside areas (such as the area of the bombsite that I mentioned in 3 so it will look more alive, more like an actual place where people live in. 5. I also noticed that the interior areas feel quite empty. You could add some decals or signs. There are lots of signs and decals in the halflife.wad and other original CS wads. 6. The skybox is too high without a purpose. If you lower it at the same level of the roof (or just a bit higher than the roof) you will get a considerable FPS boost.
7. There is a specific area of the flooded area where the player gets totally underwater for a few seconds. Looks bad because you keep walking but you see everything underwater. You should consider about rising that part of the floor or making it deeper so you walk over the water or you swim.
