Hi, I making a map for Half-Life 2: Ep2 and would like to have some feedback on gameplay. I'm not sure about how map plays for people who do it first time. Map look unfinished so it looks unrealistic and some places may look unlogical. Also will appreciate if you tell the difficulty you playing on.

    Played through it on hard with MMod.

    Even in its buggy infancy, this was really fun to play through! There's an unexplainable sort of charm that comes with first timer amateur levels that you can't get from the carefully crafted and over perfected ones. The big open spaces makes it feel like you're actually in a world and not just a level. It got better and better as I went through, and I really liked how the whole thing wrapped around instead of being super linear. Even though it's clearly unfinished, some of the environments looked really nice, and I expect them to look even better by the time you get it all sorted out! Though you might have gone a bit heavy on the enemy spawns, it was never overwhelming because of all the room I had to play with. Also I'm a sucker for little secrets and greenery.

    I had a few problems with it though. I had to restart the map because the little valve in the first room wasn't doing what it was supposed to, took some time to figure that out. Towards the end I did have to enable cheats to get a combine solider that was inside a wall, I couldn't hit him but he was mowing me down.

    You've got me wanting more, so I better see you making more.
