Changes from last publicly available edit (vsh_degroot_keep_ffv);
- Optimized Map. This is the main change. The previous version had absolutely no hint/skip/occluder/areaportal/etc. This map employs some of those methods and the resulting version runs far smoother.
- Improved Gameplay. The ladders now actually function as ladders. Certain areas that were accessible by prop parkour now have stairs or functional ladders. A lot of props were removed or replaced in favor of optimization and/or variety. A couple new areas have been added, and pre-existing areas have been fleshed out or cleaned up.
- Updated Trigger_Hurt Type for the river. I've received reports from players that the last version's river didn't work with certain VSH/FF iterations, in that it didn't give super duper jump. This is likely due to the fact it was using an obscure trigger_hurt type (CLUB.) I updated this to be the more common type (FALL) and dialed the damage up, from 100/s to 500/s.
I'll try my best to keep this map maintained as issues arise.
