Update to Green Forest expanded adding small new route to previous pointless-as-anyone-but-Tails spring and made general adjustments to improve level flow/reduce jank. Rather minor, about 10 new objects and 5 others edited. NOTE after testing realised doesn't work for Eggman either and DOES for some 2 player characters such as Chao walkers.


NEW Encore pack included as the 2nd download file, for those that want to de-clutter their Mod Manager and/or (de-)activate multiple stage mods at once. Includes all stages mods I've made in their most up-to-date version (excluding experimental Eggman stage edits).

A rank-able, crash-skips (as non speed char's), all rings collectable, new routes.

BIG UPDATE: 

If you're finding that all my stage mods are cluttering up your Mod Manager and/or want to enable/disable them in one go there's now a packaged version, SA2 HBB Encore Stages Complete, which includes ALL of my stage edits (excluding the experimental Eggman levels for everyone) in one. I will create a separate GameBanana page for the encore pack when/if I make another new edit so not to spam the SA2 page, for now it's located here as the 2nd download.

MINI UPDATES: 
1.01 - 
Hot-fix applied, forgot I had a mod installed which adjusted spawn-points and w/o it mechs got stuck at the start, fixed by removing a collision box. Also 2 new dash panels to prevent control-lock instances for mechs.

NOT for Knuckles or Eggman, tested with upgrades off ans still does not work, both crash on swinging vines.

Makes the following changes to Green Forest so it is playable by the other 5 main characters (and probably some of the 2 player characters too):-

1.) New routes/elements added, ALL rings are collectable in ONE go by all 4 intended characters, 130(?) have been added in rather obvious places. ALL intended characters can also A rank this stage. NOT for hard mode or Chao mission, mission 4 (timed) is doable by all 4.

2.) Vines that caused crashes with non-speed characters have been made inaccessible by them, wind places above and barriers around with alternate routes.

3.) No major skips added, all new elements designed only to by-pass what crashed the game before, I've tried to keep the set-pieces (or make similar new ones for crash-causing ones), the earthquake remains for all and large vine-drop has alternate version for new characters. Loops still work even for mechs so unchanged (yes it looks a silly as it sounds).

4.) New roll-under rocks added so speed characters can still access crash-causing vines.

5.) Some platforms removed/replaced which where buggy with mechs, small floating square platforms - and bobbing ones ALL replaced as mechs couldn't jump off of them).

6.) ALL characters that can clear can do so WITHOUT any upgrades, this includes all routes and an all-rings run.

How's it play:

For Sonic/Shadow: slightly more technical with slightly more inputs required and more rings/enemies. Generally think it's a *very* slight improvement *but* the tree-climb is more cluttered and isn't as tight as before.

For Eggman and Knuckles: crash-tastic 

For Rouge: Playable, not really that satisfying bar some cool skips, just a worse but not awful variant of speed characters.

For Tails: Way better than it has any right to be, arguably one of if not their best level despite low enemy count, good flow to level and not too much momentum killing slopes/platforming. Half-pipes little wonky (more due to the fact they can reach really high speeds on them).

For 2 player characters: Seems to work just fine with few tested, given there weaker stats some slopes might be a bit rough for Chao walkers.
