Areas being the same color makes it hard to tell where the floor is vs the platform you are on. An issue with all minimalist maps. Same when going around corners where the wall in the background is the same texture as the one right next to you.
Otherwise its decent, music a little 2 loud maybe but at least it doesnt loop forever.
Also not having checkpoints punishes for inconsistancy, when time taken on a map always does that, and feels more like a way to turn people away from playing than trying to get better.
I don't see any issue with you adding an IP address to the map. You're promoting the only maintained public kz/bhop scroll server in CS:S - good on you!
About the map - it's great! I just beat it earlier today on fapzor and I've had lots of fun. It's much harder than I expected it to be. I feel like you improved a lot at mapping m4dara; especially when it comes to the technical aspect. I haven't noticed any triggers that affect gameplay in a negative way.
What I could offer as an improvement for your next maps, is to use higher resolution textures when you put decals on walls (here it's the manga styled artworks) because some of them look a little stretched. Other than that, I love this design! While I do think it looks like a ripoff from bhop_badges2, other maps (such as kz_bhop_sakura) did the same and implemented it beautifully. I believe your implementation of badges' design looks great.
Another thing I've noticed is that this map is a lot more optimized than your previous maps. vbsp magic? Manual optimization? I don't know and I haven't checked, but it works and this map plays wonderfully on my low-end PC!

Textures are nice. kz is kz, that's for sure but it has too many ladder parts. Also what keeps me aways from adding it to any of my servers is: Adding a ServerIP inside the map for everyone visible is a absolute NoGo. Map makes fun.. to play alone.
