I see what you needed that title picture for, could be much worse for a first map. don't make too many small and tight hallways or places, with the speed doom player has and the speed to required to dodge some enemies in combat it's usefull too have more open areas. especially the second map should have been a little more open. Play arround with a variety of textures and different heights. You also still need a little more practice with builder, for example that skybox area you made was unnecessary but for things like that you can allways just send me a message and I'll be able to help
Can't speak to the layout or scale before playing, but I have to say it looks rather bland honestly. There's a lot of resources out there for Doom(2), surely you can find a better forest texture than that.. wouldn't hurt to just use more tree sprites, either. Doesn't look like there's any real height variation, so it seems more like a Wolf3D level than a DooM one, but again I'm only judging that off the 3 screenshots you've provided.
