Add Sand King
Reworked Forge spirit and Ghost Walk, now the breeds are no longer removed when the ability is not present, being more like the orginal. Like Ghost Walk that relentizacion no longer remains at a point but now follows the Invoker. With that all of the Invoker’s abilities have been terminated.
Reworked Ball Lighting, mana consumption is more like the original as well as the damage.

Reworked Meat Hook, the Meat Hook no longer follows Pudge, and can now be released by anyone as many times as possible without causing any errors (Indexing/MUI).
Reworked Invoker, The instances (Wex, Quas, Exort) now give the attributes corresponding to Invoker. In addition, many of his abilities were adjusted to look more like the original (distance, damage, time). Deafening Blast can now be released by anyone as many times as you like (Indexing/MUI).
