I honestly can't express, properly, how overly excited i am for this map.
As a starter, it's one of the prettiest themed layouts done for a combat surf map in a long while. It's cheerful with bright colors, green grass and purple teleporters, and the ramps are some oddly shaped things that makes it look playful.
Gameplay wise, it introduces big varity in routes and can potentially add a very high skill loft to the overall map, while not scaring away beginners from trying it, since the layout is also very friendly with water, boosts and ramps close to your falling. The fact that you can surf the ramps from both sides, fly through the ramps in the middle is a fantastic idea, which i hope to see in more maps alike.
There are also suddleties in the map, which shows how much detail have been put into it, such as booster arrows being tilted in a way, so that the player can easily indicate which direction it will push you towards. The teleporters can also be approached from every angle, which is a very good touch. Bumps are made into slants, so people won't completely lose control of their flow if mistakes are made.
Sizing seems to be good, both for 1v1's and for populated servers.
Ramps are closely connected to eachother not leaving big gaps for oppertunities to camp at locations that would be hard to reach, and enemies have an easy time protecting themselves between the ramps.
The jail seems to be taking inspiration from the surf_greatriver_xdream series, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately you cannot get out of this jail without people from the outside getting you out. I hope to see an option for jailed players to get out on their own, while still remaining a little bit punishing as it currently is.
Overall this map is not only great, it could be a very likely contender to the current map pool of any combat surf server.
