the level is supposed to be a rats type, it kind of does not feel like
one, mostly due to the billiard balls being comparatively of the same
size as of the player (size) — and this is one of the reasons why there
is no proper covering provided for the players.
I get to other things, there's one major issue, which is the worldspawn
death — causing a lot of players on both teams to die on round
If I'm correct, the level is supposed to support up to 32 players, right? Well, in that case, you need to adjust the player spawn points to overcome this issue, or what I recommend doing is to decrease the number of players in the level (up to 14 or 16 in total) judging its layout, theme, and size.
Currently, you can play with up to like 14-15 players in total without the worldspawn death issue.

Take a look at this and this one, for instance. I'm not sure if that's intentional, but it looks like not and you probably need to take a look at them to fix their textures.
this level falls under the AIM type category mainly, I believe you may
want to remove the buy zone completely as the players can actually buy
'restricted' weapons before the game commencement.
on this, as mentioned above, the size of the billiard balls needs to be
increased; mainly to make them large enough so players can get properly
covered with them, as well as giving the level a more sense of rats
type by their increased size as they need to be.
than that, everything else seems fine. The gameplay seems okay too.
There isn't much to say about it due to its design and size, though.
It's fun and enjoyable for some quick matches.
