i tried to get permission from them to modify their content but there was no response

-Fixed missing textures
-Added more spawn points
-Removed unneeded entities
-Added more buildings 
-Added more decals
-Added more weapons and ammo
-Blocked off unreachable areas
-Fixed lightning issues
-removed unecessary doors and ball sockets
-added actual doors to rooms
-updated the secret room
-added camping spots
-added traps
-fixed massive lag when starting the map
-made more space for combat
-removed unecessary rubble and props
-fixed stretched textures on walls
-added a glow effect to the map
-added some ambient

    I don't know the original map, but your version looks nice, surely apreciated by HL2 style lovers.

    The lighting is not at the best, IMAO, shadows from -90 don't fit that sky texture.

    The metal ladders have no info_ladder_dismount, hard to get off.

    Some props are casting ugly black shadows under them, disable shadows or use them as prop dynamic, to get better shadows.

    Some spawnpoints are face to wall, not nice in game.

    Are just details, probably noticed only by mappers.
