Story

Ecologicals Terrorists are back again !
Their target is a laboratory located in the Arctic.

In fact, "Invictus Labs" are doing experiments on plants.
Although it's located in the Arctic, the area has become a real jungle.

Counter-Terrorists must do something before Terrorists explode the base !

Notes

This map took me an awful lot of time.. I began to work at the beginning of January. And it's only now it's over.

The problem is, with school, I can hardly work on it all week. Obviously, it takes a little bit of time in the end...

Anyway, here it is, and it was still pretty fun to do. Especially since I didn't have to do the layout.

Yep, this map is some kind of remake of DE_Season. The layout is almost identical, but the setting is totally new.

Let's talk about the setting : the idea at the beginning was mixing arctic, labs and green houses.

I think the result is pretty nice as we can find the three themes all over the map.

Also almost every textures are custom, only a few are from Half-Life or Counter-Strike 1.6.

I used CS:CZ models and textures, but also textures from Sven Coop and Poke646 (a really good Half-Life mod, you should give it a try) among others.

And it's really playable since the W_Polys are almost always under 1000, except on Terrorists spawn where it's 1100, more or less... No big deal anyway.

    Try using env_explode, higher the explode magnitude as you want. Place it into the c4 bombsite. Name it as you want, go to func_bomb_target, select 'Target' and fill it with the name you gave to the env_explode. And you will have bigger explosion than what it used to be.

    Already commented/rated it, even confused the it with a CSGO map lol.
    I really like how your maps look like they are really situated in a real place.
    And there are things on the roof, distant scenery that imitate skybox, and everything makes it feel real.

    The lights play a big role as well. Normally, people lit everything and call it a day. But by playing with colors and shadows (using color theory) even more detail is added.

    I have tested it with bots now, and I agree with ElektroMod that the map is confusing from the beginning, but every new map will. I have to say that the map is fun. And i ended up being killed a lot because i looked around much :D

    If i had only CS 1.6, your map would turn it into CS:S. I really think this map is one of the best GoldSrc can handle.

    Strange... i thought i already rated this map, anyways, in this map i've been testing my skins so i played it a lot.
    I really liked the amount of sounds you put in there. It's a big map so it's confusing at the first, but after playing a couple of matches you find out that every room has a distinctive design which makes the rooms very recognizable. I've heard a movie soundtrack in the shed... am I right? Anyways nice map, happened a while since someone submits something better than decent, good job!

    I just see this map, I try it and I want to tell you that I have done an excellent job, I have not seen maps with this style for a long time, the only negative thing on the map is the sound of the metal pipes and stairs and corridors "pipe"

    and another thing, the c4 would have to have more expansion of explosion since it could be stored very close to the event, it is just an opiñon but great work! 10/10

    Okay I finally had the time to make a more comprehensive review of this map. I would like to start off saying this map looks amazing it feels like I'm in Shadow Moses biodome and the thing all at the same time. The map runs incredibly well and I have not discovered any bugs. Everything that should be clipped is. Although you could say that the steps need to be clipped but I would disagree with you I've never been a fan of that. Try running up steps in real life with a gun it's not fun.  Now on to the game play in a competitive environment this map is going to be very difficult to people new to the map just like the original especially on CT side calling rotations at the correct time is absolutely critical because of the distances​ between  sites CTs need to get the entry kills so that team has a chance to take back site and Defuse The Bomb. Let me put it like this the map is like Aztec in reverse just not nearly as difficult as that map was in it's competitive days under cal. Now the best part about this map is T side though so many options of attack. And the ability to change up strategies. At the end of the day it is extremely fun map.

    I played a 32 Bot match, the map looks, performs and plays amazing.
    However there's only one minor issue, stairs, you should clip the stairs.
