Running around, it looks nice. You put some good detail into, architecture is nice and textures are centered. A few weird bits like this: were there is some texture clipping on displacements. But i understand how difficult and frustrating displacements are. The map is small enough that Optimization isn't much of a problem, but there is a lot of Nodraw that is missing in most places were it should be:
The map has more In-editor things that needs to be done, for instance, the map isn't sealed, so it is one big leak. The skybox could be used in place of the playerclipping you used in the open area:
the map also seems to have a identity crisis, i feel a combo of historic site/castle, secret base and an office.
This map can become something even better, some more verticality and optimizations. This is a nice average map, 7/10 I would say, could become even more fairly easily.
But i gotta ask, why did you upload this as a vmf and not a bsp??
