    I appreciate all the efforts you've made. Rating changed. 
    Now the map looks acceptable (Making RAD run and water transparent are really basic), yet I think there's still room for futher improvements. 

    Some more suggestions: 
    1. Do not use func_pendulum to imitate the effect of a shaking ship. It doesn't work well with this damn engine. In my case, it even crashes the program. Maybe try env_shake instead. 
    2. You can study DaveJ's csde_bridge to learn how to make nice lightning. The source file is free to download. 
    3. The skybox doesn't fit quite well, unless you add more details outside the playable area. That means making the water area much larger and put a shore, a dock or something far away. Thus you may need a fog... It's a lot of work, but a decent-looking map is always that way. 
    4. The title sucks! Try to be unique and distinct next time

    Great improvements you've done here! Transparent textures look so much better, they make an illusion that the city is reflected in the water.
    I suggest you to remove the blinding flash from thunder or to make it less often. It's really tiresome for eyes when you play in a dark room. You can bind the flash to C4 planting, for example.

    Good idea but you need to fix some basic problems. 
    1. I don't see any lighting. Check your compiling settings and make sure your RAD runs. 
    2. The water texture should be dark and transparent, its scale set to about 10 so as to make it realistic. 
    That would make your map much better.

    PROS
    That's an uber fun map with many unique features! Despite its small size, there is still a lot of place to manouver.

    CONS
    - I'd prefer some custom textures to be honest.
    - I want to get on board of the bigger ship too :)

    BUGS (?)
    - something is with kevlar, I can buy it infinitely. Everytime I lose money but the armour counter stays on "zero".
    - sometimes grenades get stuck with annoying sound and do not explode.

Some errors and notes in the game:

-Func_pendulum has been used for deck movements. So you can not buy shields in rounds.
-When you throw hand grenades, it can get stuck in place.
