20 seconds for hale to even move in the map is a insane advantage for RED team on this map considering how many good spots there still is in this map. You have to drop it to either 10-15 seconds and even then I would say 10 seconds at max considering how good this map is for RED team. ( Hospital room still a 1 way entrance with 3 full hp kits?)
Try using Start/End Fade on props that are more hidden on this map, as it is that makes this map alone terrible at optimizing. Like for example the hospital room half those props can have a fade of 1500 start 1600 end and no one would notice and it would improve performance. Then for Red spawn like 2.4k-2.5k distance and bam your performance increases a lot.
1 Way entrances to any area in vsh is death for hale and really poor game design most the time. Red spawn, hospital room, and the 2 towers are all 1 way entrances with 1 small choke-point to get in. Do you know how easy it is to beat even the best hale players with 1 ways this easy?
You improved some things like lighting for sure, but I still have to say the 1 ways still make this map unplayable.
Why does it take like 15 seconds for hale to leave that block and not be warned that delay happens? Decompile vsh_megamanb6 on how to add text warnings in game so hale knows. Its very confusing and bad game design

Sorry to be harsh I cannot turn it off I tried before. If its your first map you didn't do that bad tbh but I grade everyone equally.
