All of us, at the beginning, thought we could build without limits, then the experience in gaming and mapping taught that it's often better to remove things rather than adding. :)

A first work really interesting and ambitious, a bit penalized by the engine limits. Some brushes appear and disappear in certain areas, being the map very wide, open and detailed, and therefore very difficult to optimize. The search for realism is evident, except of course the Minecraft style zones, which appear a bit out of scale, with small spaces and narrow corridors, penalizing the game flow.
But being obviously an experiment, and especially a first work, these limits are forgivable, and not detract from the quality of your map.
