This is new remake for CS:S of one popular BF3 map "Noshahr Canals". I worked with this map around nine weeks and she still not finished, now only in beta stage, maybe 90% of the map is now completed. The reason why I upload not completed map now is because in close future I have not chance to finish her. I know that on map exist a few non critical bugs which I planning to fix when again resume work on this map.
Gameplay note: you can use containers doors to rise the roofs of containers, I just not created a proper sign which can mark this. In archive you also will find manually tuned bots .nav file.
Great work so far, just change the light color a bit, or the ambient, or their brightness, because it looks a bit colorless, as if you look it in hammer editor. If you dont want the light color to be changed, increasing the contrast between lit and dark areas will be a good idea, by changing the ambient's brightness.
Oh and I think the Sun Spreading Angle is too much as objects, smaller than buildings, cast barely visible shadows and makes it look unrealistic.
In the sixth screenshot (not including the thumbnail) is a warehouse, and I see a texturing rotation, as the roof's side texture is looking strange.
The water is a bit too dark and doesnt reflect much, changing it will improve the visuals drastically.
Im pretty sure you might be aware of these things, but im still suggesting, though,
There are some things to be added, like trash, dirt on the walls to make it look not so perfectly clean, unless that is the effect you want to achieve, anyway, otherwise its a great map! :)
