Original Description: Mission Briefing Syntek have a serious problem they have an important director stuck in the city. He is held up in a Syntek building, completely over run by the swarm. You have to walk him out of there. I'm sure you know already but Omega city is infested by the swarm. Its population is all but dead except a few lucky people who escaped in time. Don't expect to have a peaceful time and let me stress this, Syntek do not want this guy to be killed so don't let it happen marines! I trust you will get the job done.
Background Omega City is probably the largest settlement away from Earth, it had a popuation of about 3 million. The planet it is on is a very earthlike planet called Freedom's Chance which is in the Falcon system. The planets climate is very similar to earths but the planet is mostly ocean with only one continent. The planet was discovered after the survey ship Freedom looking for vauable minerals on a nearby planet stumbled across it by accident after a problem with their engine forced them towards the planet. Freedom's Chance has 14 moons all rich in minerals which provided enough minerals to build up a city 50 times the size of Omega. The colony built up rapidly many people looking for a new start left for there. The city set up many factories using all the raw materials from the moons to create items that were then sold in Earth making the colony very rich and propserous. 20 years after this the swarm destroyed the city's popuation it is still unknown how it got on the planet. One month after this your squad is ordered to help extract a SynTek director from the city, why he stayed in the city is unknown to you.
