Ep16 is a final episode of machine attacks.Also I will update all episodes (ep1 - ep15) to balance ,fix , change , add and more of those will patch on maps.
This episode is a puzzle map like such as ep2 , ep7 I will not write a walkthrough yet, It will up on full version.

About Ep16

Players required : 4+

Walkthrough

  • First start , to open the door is destroy the generator at above
  • Now the second door , you need to find and destroy 2 generators, 1 at behind the door, use a high jump class to up and go behind door, 2 hidden at behind the computer 
  • Thrid door , you need your players to stand those plate for 3 players and the door will open
  • Fourth door, first need 2 players to go stand on the plate, and the door will open....,now use the demoman with granade laucher to shoot the bomb into the vent to destroy those boxes at behind the door that's stuck, and then pick the key up and go to a door which the generator is inside
  • Now Fifth door, Need to destroy 2 generators, 1 at above the pipe, 2 at below the room with many computers, but after destroyed 2 generators then you need to start the elevator become working, by use a melee hit the button , it's only hit 4 button and they will reset , if you see the node and then it's reverse, then it's must X//XX/X/
  • You will hear Gray mann talk and then you must pass those trials
  • First trial floor, pass the spikes and press the button, then the door will open, you will meet circle blades, try to avoid and press 2 of those control and the door will open to second floor
  • Second trial floor, you need to press the button and go to the door quickly before it will be close and the pass the lasers to press the control to open the door and pass the arrows to open the door
  • Last trial floor, you need to unlock the controller by press the controller step by step, and the door will be opened, you will see 3 controller, you need players press the 3 controllers together, this might be hard a bit
  • You enter the episode 16b, go forward, and begin the arena, you must win atleast 3 point and you can go face with Gray mann
  • Now the Gray mann boss, just shoot the glass where Gray mann is to beat him
  • This boss will has 8 total phases, 1)Giant robots with crit rocket 2)Robot reinforcements 3)Arrow from above 4) Lasers 5)Sniper 6)Stun players every 20 seconds 7)Buff on robots, they are increase speed firing and reloading, overhealed, become critical damage 8)release poison gas that will make damage over time, it's 25 dmg per second
  • When defeated Gray mann and then the game will end(back to ep1)

    clan, here some bug found:
    ep14
    after fix key as ERROR.
    new problem coming
    in start , if we keep change class , we will spawn in house. triggered robot soldier talk, after ready up and triggered soldier say 'clear ,all robot dead'. we can't get mission(even have message say reach 3 people here to get mission), briefcase and job bouns .
    ep16/ep16b
    the upgrade mess up, can't upgrade( support, premium and package)or can but few(ep.melee speed 10%-->5% each , sentry health 200%-->100% ‧‧‧)

    At ep14, I will fix that bug later in a next big update because it still continue.
    If so, you all need to F4 to avoid this bug and don't get around soldier at mission zone yet after finished first mission.

    At ep16/ep16b, I have found this bug, It will appear when you were killed by laser.
    So try not to be killed by those lasers and I can't fix this bug.

    In my opinion, the final battle is too difficult, because of the following reasons:
    1. The lasers can be easy to evade, but their damage is way too high, and you'll need a lot of health in order to survive them once. 
    2. The spawnpoints are ridiculous. They are all over the final battle area, and it is incredibly annoying to wait 20 seconds of respawntime, and once you respawn, you die by one of the two red lasers that go across the area, where the spawnpoints are located.
    3. The poisonous gas is constant and everywhere, and will make you run from medkit to medkit, unless you have an Engineer, who has built a dispenser, but is most likely to get attacked by the overpowered robots.
    4. The stage of the battle that enables the "scary" feature is pain in the ass, and it prevents the players to evade the red lasers, by jumping over them. Once the scare effect is gone, it gives you a couple of seconds before the next one comes.

    My conclusion to this final battle is that some of the stages ought to be tweaked or removed, in order to create balance in the gameplay. All of those stages mentioned above will together make the destruction of the building, that Gray Mann is inside of, nearly impossible for the players to destroy. The ending of the episode, episode 16, is a disappointment.
  • The series has been great but episode 16 just made the series end abruptly. My friends and I really didn't enjoy the ending, it was more of a mission that should be like the "climax" in a story. It should have continued with the heroes going out and clearing up the robots in areas and finally get to gray mann and actually finish him off but before that he sends us his last resort, some super kind of robot which would be amazing to see. I just feel like this episode wasn't really a great ending. As for the episode itself, the puzzles were ok but annoying at times, the arena area was pretty cool to see but it tended to be the same battles and the same people going in. It would have been cool to see stuff appear in the arena or maybe some new bots. As for the gray mann boss, just like everyone else says, the lasers were spawncamping and annoying, the stunning was terribly timed with the respawns being 18 seconds so every time you'd respawn you'd basically be stunned. The poison gas was just terrible and for whatever reason when the gas showed up we weren't allowed to put down any engineer buildings. Idk if it was a bug or not but it was just bad. Otherwise the boss was ok but not really like, final boss-like. I'd give the map a 6/10.

  • I love machine attack 1-15 but episode 16 is a fail for the series. The puzzle make people leave, the fights against robots are just competitive matches but in game and the final battle, is just sit and wait for 20 minutes until it is over. This episode fail to please most gamers.

    The problems with this episode is mainly the final battle against robots and they are: 1. getting spooked makes you die every time
    2. the poison is another useless part and is annoying.

    having to wait to fight robots in the being of the matches, robots that scare you and kill you, Ending that says we are going to kill the robots and we don't means STAY AWAY FROM THIS EPISODE FOREVER.

    Remove Stun and Lasers. Nobody wants to get murdered by robots and poison gas and lasers all at once.

    Pros:
    -This is the final mission;
    -Good music;
    Cons:
    -respawn points at ep16b  in boss battle (you can respawn near lasers);
    -stun in boss battle.

    Improvments:
    -slow lasers or move spawn points to elevator;
    -change stun timer from 20 seconds to 30-40 seconds.

    Now that the full version is out, I might as well throw some comments out.

    While I've yet to complete this with a team (haven't had time to go on a server which runs Machine Attacks and also runs this particular part of it), I did cheat like a little bitch to see the whole thing through:

    I have nothing to really say about Part 1 of this episode, since most of it was available as the demo and as such, has been talked about enough (in my opinion)

    For part 2, though:

    -the idea of going on an arena to fight robots reminded me of the Circles of Slaughter on Borderlands.
    -The robots cheering in the background in that arena don't have their bone followers disabled which generates really high entity traffic (you can see this with net_graph 3)
    -Having Gray break the 4th wall in the beginning to the final battle feels kinda dumb (also, you really should've gotten someone to proofread your writings for this series, Gray's speech sounds kinda funny with not promising to give us the 10th class but 10 new ones instead)
    -Gray himself felt like he takes really damn long to finally die due to all the stages in his fight (this definitely is less severe with more players but that geezer still takes long to kill)
    -that bottle-wielding Demobot either only dies to a backstab or is a god and just doesn't die, I gave up trying to kill him and just ignored him (even when Gray popped and all the Robots stopped running in the damn demoman was still not dead)
