This deathrun map is based around, and uses assets from, the Fire Temple from Legend of Zelda. The map is designed to be difficult for new players to the map, however are easier to predict and dodge as you become more of a veteran of the map.
Currently there are 14 traps, with several large expanses at the beginning, middle and end of the map, designed to slow players who rush down and allowing Death to catch up to anyone who may have sprinted ahead. The traps are both a variety of player activated and automatic traps to keep runners on their toes and remove the predictability of a fully player-activated map.
At present there is no ending games or other additions, due to during testing the map usually takes between 5-7 minutes to run, and most players who die early don't like waiting much more than that.
For the player playing as Death, there are large transparent buttons, with a colour indication for when the trap has been activated. These buttons can also be pressed with a +use bind.
