I can tell that the cyan building is not only off because of the color, but also because it's one big static prop. The lighting would benefit from it being brush AND model. In this case, you could use an instance to achieve that in a seperate vmf, and then use the instance in the actual level and rotate it.

- Most public servers CS GO are 23 or 25 slots, there are 32 slots servers.
- Such maps can play on public servers (we know that GM officials only 5 maps to play as long as no more).
So when you make a custom map ever you have to think these conditions.
If you make a map of 20 slots can not be used in servers 25 slots (eg my servers csgo) and more effort and dedication that you have put (and more good this map) its usefulness is limited.
Do not self-limits. Custom map that has the aspiration to be played in many servers must have at least 32 slots.
