A very simple VSH/Freak Fortress 2 map whipped up in over a couple of days in Hammer. Very basic layout, mostly a mixture of large open spaces and a few hallways. This was mostly a practice to reacquaint myself with Hammer, as I previously attempted mapping a year ago but dropped it shortly afterward. Good chance I might drop it after this but, hey, I just felt like making a VSH map.
It's a simple map with very weird prop distribution and density. Not many details. Layout consists of some hallways and a few large open areas.
Iunno, maybe you'll like it, maybe you won't. Just check it out, eh?
Feel free to shoot critique and comments my way though. The map is effectively a 1.0 since it's not broken and has everything I cared to put in it initially, but I'll take comments into consideration and better mold it to everyone's liking if need be.
I know it's small... but it seems too small in my opinion, I honestly don't know if it would be enjoyable to play. An overview of the entire map (preferably seen from above) would be nice to have, as the current screenshots really doesn't say much about how they're connected etc etc.
Also the lights looks very unrealistic and a bit misplaced, I don't like how you can see a light circle around the lamp prop, perhaps you could use spotlights (prop & entity) instead of so many lamps?
Overall I would say it's a okay-ish map, I sort of like it, if you wouldn't judge from the problems listed above.

Yeah, I won't hide I was lazy and probably committed a million mapping sins. The massive barrel spam is only in that room though, promise!
