Just cleaned my Desktop and found 3 of the files you paked with your map. They are not neccessary to play the map. Things like soundscripts, navigation files or additional textures (if not packed with the .bsp file) have to be zipped additionally, the other stuff is not needed.
first of all i have to say that i specially like the CS 1.6 feeling that i get while playing on your map. This should not be a bad point, the very bold structure just reminds me about some happy hours with that older CounterStrike. =)
Furthermore, another positive aspect of your map is the gameplay. You called it an aim_map and it really deserves that name, aiming is needed to survive on this map. This point gets supported by the different floors of the buildings and the rill through the middle. Thumbs up for this.
Just as Doubl3k i can not find bugs, but some smaller mistakes or errors you may have not seen in editor or while testing. I would recommend to fix them just to "finish" your map totally.
Looks like you did not saw this corner in the editor, it has no gameplay-specific use so i think it should not be there (White building on the back).
With Hammer Editor it is possible to rotate textures. The textures marked red in this pic could profitate of this function, just for a better look. =)
At last the middle windows on the upper floor of both buildings are covered by the shadow of the huge woodplank in the middle. This makes the position overpowerde, cause you can see enemys late. Maybe and a light or something to make it a bit brighter.
Interesting aim_map at all, recommendable for aimtrain and fast fun.
