Thanks for checking out my version of cs_crackhouse! I did NOT rip the original map, I started bare bones. Please read the readme included in the .zip file. Thanks again! Thanks for looking at my map guys, if you happen to use this map on your server, PM the IP for it. :D

    Just wanted to say hello, I'm the original creator of the CS 1.6 map cs_crackhouse. I like to check up on my babies once in a while. I got cs:go on steam and think i'll try to find a server with this so I can experience your changes first hand. It's nice reading the comments how everyone has liked my map. I think I made this in my senior year of high school, and now I'm 32 years old. I googled the name of the map and never knew what a big following it had, I sort of got sucked into World of Warcraft and stopped playing counter-strike and never went back until I got cs:go during the last steam sale.     Your map became one of the most popular custom maps played on CS:S. Thanks for making it. We were originally going to finish this, however, when cs:go released people started renaming cs_crackhouse_beta to just cs_crackhouse so we never came out with the final release.

    Really? You are a fool if you think this was stolen, I remade this whole thing by hand. I have proof. Also, If you haven't noticed, I don't make maps often, im sorry that all of my brushes aren't perfect, I make mistakes. My bad. I didn't know my map had to be perfect to be considered my own true work.

    **Pros:**

    - Very Nicely made
    - Lots of new and intereting things

    **Cons:**

    - Lighting seems a bit too dark in alot of areas, mainly the area near the van, by ct garage, and neutral roof.

    All in all, this is a very nice recreation of cs_crackhouse, it has a nice feel, other than some of the lighting, it's very detailed and I like that, because it looks very nice with high settings. Very nice job on this map.

    In any case the nav files especially for hostage maps should be reviewed after autogeneration. Unrevised and even not existing nav files are bad points for so many many maps. Thats a shame coz editing of nav files doesn't need much time and is quite easy.

    Fortunately no major serious issue regarding nav file on your map. But should be optimized, true.

    Thats not the map, thats the navigation mesh. Its not a custom one, it just auto generated it. The autogenerated ones for any map will ALWAYS have bugs like that.
