Port of the classic "surf_greatriver_remix" to Global Offensive.
I ported surf_greatriver_remix (not much of a remix) from CS:S to CS:GO. Took quite a bit to fully retexture it and get certain things working from CSS to GO, but in the end, I think it came out nice :). There are a few new things in this. Creating weapons do not work while making CSGO maps right now, but once the SDK comes out I will add them in. As for now, there are buy zones. Type bot_kick_all in console to play without the bots.

> Was wonder if someone could explain to me how to port maps from CS:S to CS:GO? I want to port surf_skyworld because that would be hella fun to play on GO.
I decompiled the VMF and opened up the map in Alien Swarm SDK with CSGO configurations. Then I replaced every texture and fixed a few things like ladders and such.

Thank you :). I'm not the first, but this is the first surf map as far as I know. I will be releasing a big update for this with fixed textures, water, etc
@Nano_suit - I would have ported that, but decided to make this one instead. Looking back now, I would port xDr34m, but it's too much work after just creating this one. Maybe.
