Vs Saxton Hale Mann co. Headquarters version 12.
The map’s based off of the picture of Mann co. headquarter released with TF2’s mannconomy update. (as seen here) ![(as seen here)](http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/7562/untiftleds.jpg "(as seen here)") The detail is amazingly consistent with the picture. Down to the number of windows and the ratios of height and distance: everything seen in the picture is carefully reproduced in this map. For what’s not seen: it’s guess-work and hopefully will live up to anyone’s expectation of how the areas might look.
Every round starts off with Saxton Hale jumping off the roof of Mann co HQ. His goal: to rip some hippies apart! He hits the ground with a thunderous smash as the round commences.
The map’s basically a skyscraper in the middle of the desert. The play-space consists of open areas on the ground. There are a couple passageways and side areas, but for the most part fighting happens in the central hub area.

Downloaded and had a look around. Can't give any gameplay feedback as I don't have a server or know of any servers with the map on.
Really nice job on recreating it, looks very much the same as the image. The image on the welcome screen doesn't fit on the chalkboard though...just a small thing that got my attention.
Another thing I noticed is that a couple of props are not TF2 models, the fountain for example, although a nice centrepiece is from half-life. (The concrete barricades may or may not also be HL props...I know there are TF2ey versions of the barricades as well, always get them mixed up) As a HL prop, the fountain doesn't really fit with TF2's style though I can't immediately think of anything to replace it with. (The particle effect and sound is also a nice touch to the fountain) Also the fade distance on the fountain is a bit short.
The cliff walls in the 3D skybox aren't the same or misaligned. Looks very odd for it to be a reddish/orange cliff on the top half, then suddenly a dark brown cliff underneath. The ground displacements in the 3D skybox are a bit sharp as well. Try increasing the displacement power and make it look a little smoother.
Final thing is the stairs aren't playerclipped so walking up them isn't smooth.
Again nice work on recreating it from the image and your 'guesswork' at what the centre area would look like seems to fit well. Nicely lit and detailed, though some walls are a bit bare, but then they are bare in the actual image so can't really complain. Good job.
This.... this was created by Jesus himself. This is a wonderful map with a lot of wide areas, nice designs, and pretty cool detail. But I agree with Chuckles, I would like to go inside the Mann Co. building.
