remake of aim_ag_texture_city with glass bridges, waterfall, a pool and beautiful sky !
I've just made a remake of aim_ag_texture_city :
- new blue sky ( very nice than bad old sky )
- Color on the "palmier" ( tree )
- 3 new "glass bridges"
- A WATERFALL !! <= very nice :D ( new in v3 )
Tell me what you think is wrong or any ideas.
All in the BSP ( Map + Textures )
PS : Sorry i'm french ^^ ( really ? 8D )
Too little changes to be considered a remake. You did not align your textures well, did not create the waterfall correctly, and did not put enough effort into the map in my opinion. If you are to make another version of a map you should start from scratch, and only use imports from other's, then give credit where it is due. Never start with someone else's map.
Hi there, i'm also a french speaker :))
It's a nice map, adds a bit more personality to it than the original all dev textures, but I have to agree, the waterfall is truly horrible. I'm sure peoploe will find fault wiht doing this but using the water cascade particles from the Half Life episode 2 GCF would make this a truely pleasant map.

I will change the water texture.
But i won't do this on the advanced becouse i think it is a too big map yet.
And about the waterfall, i think it was the best texture ( horible but the best :x )
Hello my friend, I'm French too 8-).
So I've downloaded your map & I've tested it myself, without any bots.
Firstly, The water texture of your swimming pool in the middle of the map is just ugly... Change it !!!
Secondly, your waterfall is nice but... but... You may replace the particles, they are bad.
Thirdly, glass bridges are nice to go to each towers/buildings.
I suggest you should recreate your map with the aim_ag_texture_city_advanced, like this, you will have an improved gameplay.
