Just extract the map into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\*username*\zombie panic! source\zps\maps folder and you're good to go!
Everything is paked into the .bsp so you don't need to worry about the materials, models, or sounds.

VERSION 2 CHANGELOG
-Increased health of entry points into pub.
-Slightly increased health of power box.
-Removed some detail within the pub.
