    Thank you for your comment i been aware of some of the bugs so i admit i should just used a bit more time :) its nice to see you have found alot of bugs so i will fix them quickly :) i will hopefully be ready with a newer version thank you for looking at it :)

    Pros: I like this design of this map quite a bit actually, the crates and destroyed vehicles littered around the housing centering centerpiece seem to blend quite well into the atmosphere that you've created here which is also helped by the choice of textures used on both the outside and the inside of the building.

    I will say that I LOVE the use of the decal upstairs presumably used for the meth, it looks great there and I never would of though of it myself :). The collection of metal shelving just by the stairs also favors quite well w/ me, don't why, just does :).

    Its also nice to see the main front entrance of building blocked off with breakable planks of wood, encouraging a more tactical approach from the CT side as a pose to running in all gun blazing.
    Cons: I do have a number of nic pics with this map im afriad to say so though. For a start, theres no hostages to rescue, sooo really this isn't a proper cs_ map :S.

    Theres also the age old problems made by many mappers of misplaced textures (also this and this) and not including a .nav file either with the map or with the .rar file, forcing users to create thier own (this is I couldn't give a gameplay rating, sorry).

    I also noticed an overlap inside the house (click me) and a VERY annoying prop_physics_multiplayer cabinet in front a spawn room stopping me from simply walking out of the room.

    Some other cons included me being able to escape out of the map by jumping onto props by the wall acting as a player boundry (see this screenshot). I also noticed that the 64' high crate you placed next to the walls of the map could be used to escape (screen).

    Final nic pics now:

    These vertexes don't join up sadly and FINALLY, these physics props, while working great as cover, can't be climbed on while I feel that you I should be able to, a simple change to just prop_physics w/ motion disabled will aid immensely in gameplay :).
    Improvements: Good stuff now :D.

    Firstly, try moving your light entity towards the floor more as this causes very shiny ceilings. Also try turning the brightness on smoe on the lights to decrease the effects such as this one and the one previously mentioned.

    Finally, try and break up the horizon outside your map a bit more with some extra buildings, areas w/ views such as this won't help your map and just looked plain ugly (especially with that skybox may I add).
    Notes: Go and look back at the Pros I out down and don't think that this isn't a good map, because it is, it just has a few silly mistakes that can be fixed in around 15 minutes or so.

    Oh, I forgot to mention in the Pros, I like the destroyed PC's and knocked over cabinets in the front room of the main building, adds really well to pessimistic and desolate atmosphere you've manged to generate :D.
