I made this one for myself some longer while back, to have a background that doesn't use the Allies/Axis symbols Vanilla DoD:S uses, but the skinned ones I use, by "DerLandser", called "Wartorn Flags". Now that I use triple-screen (resolution 6036x1080) and the menu is stretched to hell and back (so I'd need to make myself a new one), plus as I don't really play the game these days, I thought I'd rather share it with everyone before I delete it, as it turned out fairly nice; in my (humble) opinion, that is. --- I used the original background's soldiers to remind one of the original title screen. The split flag design idea comes from the orignal title screen as well. To enhance the atmosphere of the title screen a bit I used a real photo of WWII. The left side's poster-thingy with soldier is there to give the menu a more solid background, for better readability and so you can find it better. The DoD:S logo now is at the top right corner, with a (self-made) mix of DoD:S-logo + Reichsadler, in which front there is the (slightly glowing) DoD:S logo. I can't remember if I made the ClientScheme.res (which removes the DoD:S logo) and the GameMenu.res (which makes the menu shorter). I'm sorry for having such a bad memory. :( I don't know if I still got the file with the single layers, so I don't know if I can fix or change anything if the demand exists. I'd still be happy about feedback, though, as I'm naturally eager to improve.

Hello, I like your menu background very much and it worked well. But for some reason it doesn't work anymore. I redownloaded it but nothing happened. Can you help? I'm using a MacBook also if it means anything.

This is my first submission, by the way. Huzza! So, it would be great if anyone could leave me a comment here, telling me whether or not it works! Would be much appreciated.
